Abstract

The 2023–2024 AIBER Report highlights the impact of the Centers for International Business Education and Research (CIBER), a federally funded network advancing U.S. global competitiveness through education, research, and outreach. CIBERs offered thousands of international business courses, engaged over 400,000 students, and supported faculty development, language training, and overseas learning opportunities. Since 1989, the program has reached millions of students and faculty, created over 12,000 courses, and facilitated extensive research and business partnerships. With combined federal, institutional, and private funding this year, CIBERs continue to strengthen international education and workforce readiness nationwide.
