The University of Maryland Center for Global Business (CGB) received the Highest National Honor for Expanding U.S. business in International Markets during the May 15, 2024 ceremony at the U.S. Department of Commerce Headquarters.

Under Secretary Diane Farrell (pictured left) presented Rebecca Bellinger, Executive Director of the CGB at the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business, and Smith Dean Prabhudev Konana with the 2024 President’s “E” Award for Export Service. This award represents the highest recognition given to a U.S. entity for significant contributions to the expansion of U.S. exports.
